The ideal applicants will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites and publishing platforms. Customer Service
Maintaining and growing our membership depends on quality customer service support. Our services are technical and deep, which means the ideal applicant has the ability to absorb technical jargon, learn how our services operate and how to troubleshoot reported bugs and dissues anything with the members on-the-fly, and to report issues to the developers, and ultimately keep the members happy.
Graphic Designer
We are looking for a graphic designer with strong raster/vector design skills, with 3D development a plus. Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator, GIMP, InkScape, Krita, etc. Ability to work with various formats and media, strong file organization skills and backup skills. Media output will include web and print, for all forms of repurposing.
