Who we are
Command Force builds online business management software for the services industries – scheduling, staff, clients, billing and reporting in one place. Our members run their day on it, so what we ship matters to them the moment it goes live.
We are a small team, and we intend to stay lean as we grow. Everyone here owns real work, sees the result of it, and talks directly to the people it affects.
The pace
We move fast. Priorities shift as members ask for things and the market moves, and we would rather ship a solid improvement this week than a perfect one next quarter. Expect to:
- Wear more than one hat – nobody's job description stays put for long.
- Take an idea from a conversation with a member to something live, quickly.
- Work without layers of process or approval between you and the result.
- Pick up unfamiliar problems and figure them out.
That pace is not for everyone, and we would rather say so up front.

- Developers – PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with a serious approach to security.
- Marketers – digital, social and email, measured by exposure, traffic and conversions.
- Customer support – people who can learn a deep, technical product and keep members happy.
