Login Issues

Your login username is most likely your email address. However, it could be a regular text username. Your password is 5 - 25 characters long and may contain the following characters:

-_ A-z 0-9 !@#$%^&* () {} <> ,.?+=;:/

If your username and/or password are failing, try the Forgot Password system or try the Login system again..

Signup Issues

Make sure you have completed all required fields during the signup process. Your username must be unique, so if you already created an account with a username or email address, try using something different.

Trial Signup Issues

Trial accounts require a valid offer code that has not expired. If your code has expired or is being rejected at Trial signup, call our customer support line and request one.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password and the Forgot Password system is not working for you, call our customer support for help. We cannot retrieve your password for you, but we can email you a validation link to get into your account. Just make sure you update your password and record it somewhere safe for future reference. Customer support may ask you to verify that you are a member, but will never ask for your password.
