Equipment represents any tool you use to implement services and/or inventory for customers, whether or not it be consumed. Equipment needs to be stored somewhere,whether that be your shop, warehouse, vehicles, or in a storage yard.
Command Force lets you manage your Equipment in a master list tracking the details of your purchase cost, quantity, whether the items are tax deeductible or not, and to categorize and subcategorize that Equipment for faster searches. Track your Equipment Barcode values, QR Codes, notes and comments.
Each inventory record has a Documents File Manager. This allows you to categorize and upload various file types of records pertaining to your equipment. This may include purchase receipts, repair/maintenance receipts, maintenance logs, photos of damage or repairs or serial numbers, etc. You can tag the equipment file upload as Not Financial/Purchase/Repair/Credit for tracking and financial purposes.
