Scan To Check Out

Generate a QR code for each vehicle and print it as a door or window sticker. Employees scan to check a vehicle in or out, which speeds up the hand-off and records who's driving along with starting and ending mileage. That mileage feeds your fuel reports, and GPS records where and when each vehicle was checked in or out.

Fuel Costs, Finally Under Control

From the employee dashboard, drivers log each fill-up: fuel amount and units, miles driven since the last report, distance units, cost, date, and a photo of the receipt or pump screen. They see fuel mileage and cost per mile right away.

Managers see the whole fleet. Run fuel reports by date range or vehicle to see average travel distance, fuel used, fuel efficiency, total fuel spend and average cost per mile. Edit any entry, map where each fill-up happened using its GPS data, and open the receipt photo. Download any report as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet for the office or your accountant. PDF reports include copies of every uploaded receipt and pump photo.
