Manage Documents
Where's Your Paperwork?
Stop digging through file cabinets, inboxes and truck consoles. Contracts, licenses, safety sheets, receipts, photos — every business runs on paperwork, and the one document you need is always the one you can't find. Command Force gives your company a single, organized library where every file has a home and the right people can reach it in seconds.
One Library, Neatly Filed
File each document under the part of the business it belongs to:
- General company files
- Customers, properties and estimates
- Work orders and invoices
- Employees
- Inventory, equipment, storage and vehicles
- Subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
Filter buttons show how many files sit in each group, so you can see at a glance where everything lives. Documents attached to your vehicles and equipment appear in the library too, so there's one place to look.
Share With Your Crew — Or Don't
Each document has its own “Grant Employee Access” switch. Turn it on for the safety manual, the job-site procedures and the forms your crew needs in the field. Leave it off for the contracts and financial records that belong in the office. You decide, file by file.
Find Anything, Fast
Give each upload a name and notes, then find it again with a full search, using partial or exact matches and filtering by employee access. Edit details, replace a file with a newer version, or remove what you no longer need. Download counts show which files actually get used.
Access Under Your Control
Viewing, adding, editing and deleting documents are separate permissions, so you can let a manager upload files without letting them delete anything. A storage meter shows how much of your space you're using at a glance.
Get Organized For Good
Clear the clutter, protect your important records and give your team what they need, wherever they are. Start your membership today — your first seat is always free.
