A full schedule is a good problem — until something falls through the cracks. Jobs, meetings, deliveries, inspections, renewals: when they live in different places, something always gets missed. The Command Force Calendar puts your events and your scheduled work orders side by side, so you see your whole week, and your whole team, at once.
See It Your Way
Switch between Month, Week, 3-Day, Day and Agenda views. Events are color-coded by your own tags and icons, and work orders are colored by crew lead. Completed jobs fade, and overdue ones are outlined in red so they can't hide. Filter by event tag, crew lead or work order status to focus on what matters today.
Drag To Reschedule
Rain moved Tuesday's job? Drag it to Thursday. Work orders without a date wait in the Unscheduled tray until you drop them onto a day. If a crew lead is already booked, Command Force lets you know.
Events That Repeat Themselves
Add an event once and have it repeat every day, week, two weeks, month or year, with or without an end date. Change a single date without touching the rest of the series.
Reminders By Email Or Text
Set a reminder minutes, hours or days before any event and send it by email, by text message or both. Repeating events send a reminder every time they come around, so nobody forgets the weekly meeting or the monthly inspection.
Never Double-Book Again
If a new event overlaps something already on the calendar, you'll see a heads-up before you save. Need an opening? Click Find a free time, choose a day and a length, and Command Force lists the open slots.
