Import your records from Excel (XLSX), OpenDocument (ODS) or CSV files. Seven kinds of records come in ready to use:
- Customers, including who gets estimates, invoices, work orders and weather alerts
- Properties, including gate codes and no-network flags
- Services, with prices, units and descriptions
- Inventory, with SKUs, barcodes, costs, prices and minimum quantities
- Equipment
- Storage locations
- Vehicles, with VINs, plates and unit numbers
Checked Before Anything Is Saved
Download a sample spreadsheet with exactly the right column headings, fill it in and upload it. Command Force checks every row and shows you what it found before a single record is saved. Choose whether to skip rows you already have — a SKU, VIN or license plate already on file — or have the whole file refused so you can fix it first.
Take It Out Anytime
Export any of the same seven record types with one click, as Excel, ODS or CSV. Zip codes and phone numbers keep their leading zeros, and the columns match what Import expects, so an export makes the perfect template for your next import.
