Work Lists & Routes
Same Jobs, Every Week?
Your best customers are the ones who need you again and again. Weekly mowing, monthly pool service, a regular cleaning round — recurring work is the steady income every service business wants more of. But building the same jobs by hand every week eats the time it should be saving you. Command Force Work Lists turn your regular rounds into a single click.
Build Each Job Once
A Work Item is a reusable building block: one property plus the services you do there. “Smith front lawn” might be the Smith property with mowing, edging and blowing. Add notes for the crew, save it, and you never have to type that job again.
Put Them In Order
A Work List is a named, ordered set of work items assigned to a crew lead — think “Tuesday North Route” or “Weekly Commercial Mowing.” Move items up or down until the order matches the way your crew drives the route. Clone a list to start a new one, duplicate several at once, and download any list as a backup file you can upload again later.
One Click, A Whole Day Of Work
When it's time to do the work, tick the lists you want, pick the date and click Generate Work Orders. Command Force creates a work order for every item on every list you ticked, each with:
- The property and its services, including service notes
- The item's notes for the crew
- The list's crew lead, already assigned
- The date you chose, so it shows up on the calendar right away
Review them, release them to your crews, and your whole route is ready to roll. What used to take an afternoon now takes seconds.
