Crew members clock in, pause with a reason, resume and clock out right from their phones. With their permission, Command Force records where each clock-in happened. A quick glance shows who's on the clock, which vehicles are out and how many jobs are open.
Today's Jobs, In Order
Crew leads see their open work orders with the address, gate or access code, notes, services and booking time. Tap Get Map for turn-by-turn directions. Pick who's working the job — anyone already busy elsewhere can't be double-booked — and start the work order clock for the whole crew at once.
Run The Job From The Field
- Read the crew instructions and mark each service done
- Leave notes for the manager or the customer, or explain why something couldn't be finished
- Record the materials used
- Upload up to 25 photos of the finished work
- Tap Work Order Complete, and the customer is emailed a PDF of the finished job automatically
Vehicles, Equipment And Fuel
Check a vehicle out and in with odometer readings, or simply scan the QR code on the door. Sign equipment out and return it, with overdue items flagged. Log each fill-up with a photo of the receipt. Vehicle documents like registration and insurance are a tap away whenever they're needed on the road.
Weather At Every Job
Each job shows the live weather for its location. If conditions make the work impossible, the crew lead can send the customer a bad-weather cancellation with one button.
Their Hours, Their Requests
Under My Hours, crew members check their own time for any pay period, send a sick notice, or request time off. It's all in one place and recorded for the office automatically.
