Kanban Board

Where Does Every Job Stand?

Every job has a story: quoted, signed, scheduled, worked, invoiced, paid. The question is always the same — where is each one right now? The Command Force Kanban Board answers it in a single glance, with every estimate, work order and invoice laid out as cards from “waiting for a signature” all the way to “paid.”

Your Whole Pipeline On One Screen

Eleven columns follow the life of every job:

  • Estimates — Unsigned, Signed, and Signed & Scheduled
  • Work Orders — Editable, In-Progress and Invoiced
  • Invoices — Pending, Delivered, Overdue, Partially Paid and Paid

Each column reflects something that really happened — the customer signed, the crew logged hours, the invoice went out — so the board always agrees with the rest of Command Force. A summary strip shows what's awaiting a signature, what's open, what's ready to invoice and what's overdue.

Drag A Card, Do The Work

Moving a card does more than change a label. It runs the real action:

  • Drop a signed estimate to preview and generate its work orders
  • Drop a completed work order to create its invoice
  • Drop an unsent invoice to email it to the customer
  • Drop an unpaid invoice to receive a payment

A confirmation explains each step before anything happens. On a phone or tablet, just tap a card and use its buttons.

Make It Yours

Hide columns, give each crew lead their own row, color cards by urgency, value or customer, and choose which details appear on each card. Filter to one customer, one crew lead, or only the cards that need attention. Click any card for its amounts, its timeline and its PDF.

Show The Right Numbers To The Right People

Who can view the board, move cards, see dollar amounts and set the company layout are all separate permissions. Your crew leads can track their jobs without ever seeing your revenue.

See It. Move It. Get Paid.

When every job is visible, nothing stalls and nothing gets forgotten. Start your membership today — your first seat is always free.
