Fuel & Mileage Reports
What Does Every Mile Cost?
Fuel is one of the biggest costs a service business has, and one of the easiest to lose track of. Every mile your trucks drive costs money. Command Force fuel and mileage reports show exactly how much, for which vehicle and on whose watch.
Fuel Report
Choose a date range and a vehicle, or all of them. For each fill-up you'll see the date, odometer, distance since the last fill, fuel volume, fuel economy, cost and cost per mile, with a total for each vehicle and a summary for the whole fleet. Download the report as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet for the office or your accountant.
Your crew logs fill-ups from their phones, receipt photo included, so the numbers come straight from the pump.
Mileage Report
Every time a crew member checks a vehicle out and back in, Command Force records who drove it, when, and the odometer at both ends. Filter by date, vehicle or driver to see every trip. Vehicles that are still out are clearly marked, so you always know which trucks are on the road right now.
Spot The Problem Early
A truck whose fuel economy suddenly drops may need service. Miles that don't line up with the work schedule deserve a question. With the numbers in front of you, you can act before small costs become big ones.
