Login problems
Your login username is most likely your email address, though it may be a regular text username. Passwords are 5–25 characters long and may contain any of the following:
-_ A-z 0-9 !#$%^&* () {} <> ,.?+=;:/
If your username and/or password keep failing, try the Forgot Password system, or run through the Login system once more.
Signup problems
Make sure you have completed every required field in the signup process. Your username must be unique – if you have already created an account with a given username or email address, try something different.
Trial offer codes
Trial accounts require a valid offer code that has not expired. If your code has expired or is being rejected at Trial signup, call our customer support line and request a new one.
Forgotten password
If the Forgot Password system is not working for you, call customer support for help. We cannot retrieve your password, but we can email you a validation link to get back into your account. Update your password once you are in and record it somewhere safe.
Support may ask you to verify that you are a member, but will never ask for your password.
